Team Permissions
Managing Members
At the bottom of the Manage Team page, The Sailors in Team section shows the current members, temporary sailors, and pending invitations.
The dropdown on the right hand side of the each person allows you to edit/remove the sailors' membership of the team, as well as their permissions (if they are not a temporary sailor). If they are a temporary sailor, you will also see an option to link a user to the sailor.
Team Permissions
There are two different permission types for a team - the Team permission and the Team Members permission.
The Team Members permission controls the ability of a user to edit the sailors in the team, and has three options:
- Edit/Add all - allows a user to add and remove sailors, but not change their permissions
- Read All - allows a user to see all the members in a team
- None
The Team permission controls the ability of a user to edit everything about a team, and has four options:
- Owner - The contact point(s) for the team and receives notifications. Has the same permissions as Manager
- Manager - Allows changing of team member permissions along with Add and Edit permission
- Add and Edit - allows for editing Team Information, Team Entries and Adding/Removing Team Members
- None
