Entry Management
For events where your team or club has an entry it is possible to Mange the Entry either from the event or from your team page.
Depending upon the event entry process and event timeline, it may not be possible to adjust the entry without support from the event.
Adding Sailors
Within the Sailors Competing section, Clicking "Add Another Member" will open a dialogue box where you can search for any sailor who is a member of your Team and Add them to the entry.
As you are adding each sailor, you must select whether they are a Skipper or Crew. It is often easier to add the skippers first, before the crews.
For events that requires multiple skippers in a team (e.g. Team Racing or Divisional Fleet (Pairs) Racing), you must set their Skipper order (1,2,3, etc.).
This is the order by which the system will allocate skippers to the boats in a race, this then allows the skippers (and crews) to track their personal results through the event.
The ordering works on the principle that the lowest-ordered skipper (order 1) should get into the lowest numbered boat in the flight, so if the team is racing in boats Purple 4,5,6, the skippers ordered 1, 2 and 3 should get into boats 4, 5 and 6 respectively.

When adding a Crew, you can select the Skipper for whom they are crewing, this is only required if there are multiple skippers.
Managing Sailors
As you add sailors, the list of Sailors Competing will expand. You can edit details about each sailors' entry in this table, including removing them from the entry.
