Stage Setup

This is controlled from the Event Menu -> Manage Event screen.

The stage setup is controlled through the Update Stage Detail link. When the kSail team create your event we complete this for you so you shouldn't need to adjust anything here.

Should you need to change anything, a brief explanation follows. Each stage can include 1 more groups each with their own configuration. For example your Stage 2 might be 3 independent groups each of a League called Gold, Silver and Bronze, while Stage 1 would be most likely a single group of a HLS League.

The Stage Order, Group Order and Stage Name control the order of how the stages appear within the event. 

The Group Secondary name appears as a pill in the side bar on the schedule. It is possible to set a custom background colour for the pill. 

The final item of use on this screen is the ability to select the Flights/Boats for the Group/Division, only boats that are chosen in this list can be selected when completing your template mapping.
