Manage Club
Club Management
If you have permission, you will be able to access the Manage Club page from the Club homepage by clicking the Manage Club button. This will allow you to update key information about the club including a biography and social links. It will also allow you to manage users who have the ability to act upon behalf of the club or any club team.
Managing Members
Clicking View Club Members will allow you to invite users as members of your club and assign them permissions as required.
Invite new Member
Will allow you to search for any user on the kSail Events Platform with a Public Profile and invite them to your club. If you are unable to locate the person through the search then you can enter their name and email address. Clicking Invite will send them an email where they are able to Accept or Decline the invitation, at which time you will also be notified.
Invitations are time-limited and if they are used after expiry you will be notified to generate a new invitation for that person.
Club & Team Membership Relationship
Club Membership is required for any person who needs the ability to manage/edit the following on behalf of the club:
- Events - global access to all club hosted events
- Teams - ability to manage sailors and entries without being a direct member of the team
- Club - ability to manage the club
Team Membership is required for any person who needs to be part of a team entry into an event. To be a Team Member you do not need to be a Club Member.
