Edit Entry (Status, Identifier/Bib, Biography)

For Event managers, Edit Entry is found on the Menu to the of the team listed on the Entries tab at the bottom of the Event Landing/Home Page. (Teams can edit their entry via their Team page)

Team - The team name. This is currently controlled by the kSail team, however soon it will be set during the Entry process.

Entry status - Teams initially start with a Pending status where they are not displayed, when the status is set to Complete the Team becomes shown on the Event Landing/Home page, within the Teams top menu and the Event will show in any Team Personal views. If a status of Withdrawn is used, the team will be displayed as Withdrawn on the Event Landing/Home page (if you do not want the team shown then set the status to Pending).

Identifier - This is a code used to identify the team and is displayed on any schedules after the team name within brackets

Biography - This is a short piece of text about the team which will be shown on the Team's event page available from the Teams top menu.
