Create Races for Stage/Group

Create Races for Stage/Group

To create all the Races for a Stage (or Stage Group), you must first have completed your Teams in Group Mappings and Flights in Group Mappings.






Use the Event Menu Dropdown in the Navigation Bar and choose Manage Event. This will allow you to see the available actions on each stage of the event.
 
Choose Bulk Create Races for the relevant Stage Group.
The page will then show you the mappings you have created and what the template races look like

To create the races type YES (in capital letters) within the Confirm box and click Submit



Once races have been created, until any actions such as finishing or entering penalties, there is an opportunity to delete all the races. Once racing for a Stage Group has begun it is not possible to delete all the races within the Stage Group.
If you do require in exceptional circumstances to delete all the races for a stage that has begun then please contact the kSail team who will be able to assist.
